Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Metro Station is an underground interchange station on Namma Metro in Bengaluru, serving the Purple Line and the Green Line. It opened on 2017-06-18.

Known universally as Majestic, this is the largest and busiest station on the Namma Metro network and the only Purple–Green interchange. BMRCL employed around 2,240 people to build it. It sits directly beneath the Kempegowda Bus Station complex and adjoins KSR Bengaluru City railway station, making it the one point in the city where metro, intercity rail and the BMTC network converge.

Changing Lines at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Metro Station

This is the only station where the Purple and Green Lines meet, which makes it the single most important transfer point on Namma Metro. The two lines sit on separate underground levels: Purple runs east to west, Green runs north to south. Changing lines means moving between levels inside the paid area — you do not exit and re-enter, and no additional fare is charged.
